Physical fitness is a state of health and well-being and, more specifically, the ability to perform aspects of sports, occupations and daily activities. Physical fitness is generally achieved through proper nutrition, moderate-vigorous physical exercise, and sufficient rest.
At AHL, importance is also given to sports and fitness alongside academics. Yoga is a part of the time table. Students practice yoga for a healthy mind and healthy body.
Many tournaments are organized under the sports club………. for the students as well as at the inter college and university levels. Students are encouraged to participate also in competitions across levels. Many of our students over the years have been the recipients of many awards and rewards at University, State and National level championships.
